Enrollment priorities is given on a first come, first served basis as space is available. To register your child for placement you must complete an application for enrollment and return it with a non-refundable registration fee of $75 per child. This fee covers the cost of processing your child's application.
GENERAL ADMISSION PROCESS
When you wish to begin care for your child, you will be expected to pay the registration fee and the first week's care in advance. Tuition is due by the close of business on Friday of each week. Payment is due regardless of attendance to hold your child's place. If payment is not received by Monday 12pm, a $20.00 late payment penalty will be added per day. Please call for current program tuition charges.

- Completion of final paperwork and payment of initial fees.
ATTENDANCE
ARRIVAL
Regular school attendance is essential for consistent academic progress and achievement. The school relies upon parents to see that unnecessary absences are avoided and that requests for special excuses are held to a minimum. The school asks that parents and children make choices and set priorities that put education at the top of the list.
PUNCTUALITY
We hope that children will report to their classrooms at 7:55AM, but should arrive no later than 8:00AM.
DAYS OF OPERATION
Students are expected to arrive at school on time. Frequent tardiness reveals a lack of consideration for others who are interrupted when a student arrives late. Students who arrive late to school must report to the office, accompanied by a parent or carpool driver, before going to class, so that attendance records maybe recorded accurately. Failure to sign in may cause a child to be counted absent for the day.
McGarity Academy is open for operation from January to December. We are open on Monday through Friday 6:00AM to 7:00PM.
We are closed on the following Holidays: New Years Eve close at 3pm, New Years Day, Memorial Day (observed),Martin Luther King Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas & the day after.
